Summary
This standalone module is designed for those working clinically, for example as a mental health practitioner, with little CBT knowledge and skills. You will learn introductory level CBT-based assessment, formulation and intervention skills to apply in your routine clinical practice. Some use this module as a basis for more advanced training such as the PG Dip Cognitive Behavioural Therapy course.
