Our MSc in Medical Imaging provides a comprehensive grounding in Computed Tomography (CT) and / or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), equipping you to practice in a rapidly evolving field. Our range of modules encompass theory, clinical applications and how theory is applied to practice. One module will encompass evidence-based practice and enable you to undertake a research, audit, or service evaluation project.
You can choose optional modules from our wider postgraduate portfolio, including leadership, clinical education, and research. At least 50% of your credits must come from Medical Imaging specific modules (identified with the prefix PAMM below). These are co-taught with radiography learners from different programmes. Other modules (in Clinical Education, Management and Leadership and Research) are taught to multi-professional cohorts enabling you to benefit from elements of interprofessional learning.
