Summary
The workforce is becoming increasingly global, which is a factor human resource (HR) professionals must bear in mind while considering the broader strategy of hiring, firing and managing employment across the entire organisation. On this focused short course, you will gain a global outlook on HR which will help you to pursue careers in both national and international companies.
Through this PG Cert International Human Resource Management, you will gain an insight into the function of a modern human resources department. You will gain both practical skills and specialist knowledge that will enable you to create and implement an effective HR strategy for recruitment, employee development and staff retention. This short course is available as a standalone qualification, but you can also use it to progress onto either the PG Dip or MSc International Human Resource Management.

Our courses are taught in English so to study with us you must have an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 or equivalent. If you don’t hold an IELTS or equivalent qualification, you will be required to pass a free online English test to assess your proficiency. |
