University of LimerickThe University of Limerick is holding an International Student Postgraduate Virtual Open Event from 25th-28th May 2020.

These virtual events offer international students the opportunity to hear from current UL postgraduate students, engage with the world-class academics and get the advice from support teams.

Sessions take place throughout the day, but it is important to note that the sessions all take place from Limerick, Ireland – which is in British Summer Time Zone (BST).

Here is a schedule of the events.

  • Monday 25th May at 9am – International Students: Studying in Ireland : an overview of education in Ireland, postgraduate visas, work opportunities and the Student Experience.
  • Tuesday 26th May at 9am – Applying to UL – International Student Admissions: how to apply to UL, entry requirements, English Language requirements, decision process and offer letter.
  • Tuesday 26th May at 4pm – Applying to UL – International Student Admissions: how to apply to UL, entry requirements, English Language requirements, decision process and offer letter.
  • Wednesday 27th May at 9am – International Students – Visa and pre-arrival process: guidance on the visa application process to secure a study visa for Ireland.
  • Thursday 28th May at 10am – International Students – Fees, Scholarships and next steps: fees structure for international students, how to qualify for scholarships, how to make payments and how to accept your offer.
