University of Oxford introduces new weekly online virtual classes
The University of Oxford has introduced new weekly virtual online classes.
Weekly Oxford Worldwide (WOW) is a program of virtual classes that are delivered online in a virtual classroom. They are a broad selection of interactive courses with small class sizes that encourage interaction between all of the students and the tutor leading the course.
Students on a WOW program will have access to pre-recorded lectures and course materials, plus they will join ten live, tutor-led sessions which will enable them to participate in discussions with the other students and their tutor.
There is a wide range of courses available to study on the WOW program, and they are all accredited. Subjects starting this month include Greek, Portuguese, King Arthur and Spanish Culture & History.
