University of Edinburgh MBA climbs prestigious rankings
Recently published rankings from the Economist magazine reveal that the MBA program at the University of Edinburgh has climbed the rankings in both the UK and worldwide.
The Economist magazine’s “Which MBA?” show that the Edinburgh MBA has moved from 9th to 4th place in the UK, and from 66th to 59th globally.
Speaking about the Edinburgh MBA, Director of MBA programs at Edinburgh Business School, Julian Rawel, explains, “Our 12-month full-time MBA helps people sharpen their analytical and strategic leadership skills in a highly-competitive marketplace. We’re pleased to maintain a strong position in this ranking.” She continues, “We’re grateful to all those who took time to respond to the Economist’s queries. Rankings help build a picture of how we’re doing. We’re proud of the work we do at the Business School and will continue to focus on delivering a great experience for our students.”
The Economists’ rankings are based on surveys from current students and recent alumni, and they reveal that the Edinburgh MBA performs strongly in areas such as increasing career opportunities, networking potential, quality of faculty, education experience and salary increase.
