Birmingham has 10 Commonwealth DL Scholarships for its MSc International Development

University of BirminghamThe University of Birmingham is offering 10 Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships for students from low or middle income Commonwealth countries studying its MSc in International Development (Conflict, Security and Development) via distance learning.

This masters degree takes two years to complete studying on a part-time basis. The scholarships are funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and to be considered for a scholarship, eligible students must demonstrate a strong academic record at undergraduate level and clear evidence of a commitment to strengthening global peace, security and governance. Students must all be starting their studies in September 2021.

Scholarship applicants must apply to both the University of Birmingham and to the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission. The deadline for submission to the University of Birmingham is Monday 5th April 2021 and the application deadline to the Commonwealth EAS is on Monday 26th April 2021 at is 5pm BST.
