University of Glasgow launches 2 new flagship MSc programs in City Planning & Real Estate
The University of Glasgow has launched a new flagship MSc in City Planning.
Previously known as the MSc in City & Regional Planning, this new masters program introduces specialist pathways to allow students to explore a particular area of city planning in more detail. Areas of study include housing, international planning, regeneration, transport, and urban design.
This new MSc in City Planning has been endorsed by professional accreditation body the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). The greater range of choice gives students the opportunity to tailor their pathway to their career interests.
Specialist pathways also now exist on the University of Glasgow’s Real Estate MSc. The core courses continue to deliver the mandatory elements as determined by professional accreditation body, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). However there are now optional pathways to enable students to explore a particular area of real estate in more detail, including housing, finance and investment, international real estate, and regeneration.
