Durham University Business School offers free online management course
Durham University Business School is delighted to be offering its acclaimed ‘Leading and Managing People-Centred Change’ online management course in September 2020.
Last time the business school ran this course it had over 1,000 registrations and received excellent feedback. This time round, the online course is starting on Monday 7th September 2020 and will run over three weeks, offering insight and research for people who are new to leadership roles and practitioners in human resources, organisational development and internal communications.
The ‘Leading and Managing People-Centred Change’ course is being delivered by Professor Julie Hodges, Associate Dean for MBA and DBA Programs and Professor in Management at Durham University Business School. Professor Hodges’ research interests are in change and the impact of change and transformation on people in organisations.
This online course is the ideal learning opportunity for those interested in learning how to lead or manage organisational change and navigate challenges along the way, whilst retaining the right people. It is delivered in association with FutureLearn.
