Summary
Now is a pivotal time to pursue an MSc in Clinical Exercise Physiology. As long-term health conditions rise globally, Clinical Exercise Physiologists (CEPs) are playing an increasingly vital role in healthcare systems, particularly in supporting patients with cardiovascular disease, cancer and respiratory conditions.
As people live longer, the NHS and healthcare providers are placing greater focus on prevention, rehabilitation and the management of chronic disease – all areas where CEPs make a significant impact.
This Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS) accredited course prepares you to meet the growing demand. You’ll gain a deep understanding of exercise testing, prescription and delivery, and explore how to design and evaluate evidence-based interventions.
You’ll gain expert-level knowledge of the science behind exercise and chronic disease, develop real-world clinical skills, and build the confidence to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ultimately, you’ll graduate ready to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives and the future of healthcare.
