This course is for doctors at any stage of their careers who are interested in developing and proving their commitment to:
Improving patient experience and service delivery Demonstrating caring, compassionate, authentic leadership Developing leadership capacity to achieve medical and organisational impact The course is designed to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills in line with the Medical Leadership Competency Framework.
The PgCert includes: - To achieve a Postgraduate Certificate, you will complete the three core modules outlined in the course structure below.

You then have to complete one of the following: Collaborative and Team Working, Leading and Managing People, or Leading Others Through Change.

Then one of the following: Analysing Drivers for Change or Models for Planning Change.

Finally, you will complete one of our optional modules.
The PgDip includes To achieve a Postgraduate Diploma, you will first complete the modules required for the Postgraduate Certificate. You will then further develop your skills by completing the following: - Negotiating Your Professional Development
