Our location 
Our campus is located in south west London, close to Putney, Wimbledon, Hammersmith and Richmond. We benefit from being at the heart of a busy network of transport links. Whether using 24-hour buses, the tube network at Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush and Putney, or through rail services from Barnes to Waterloo, all points across central and west London are within easy reach of the university.

Accommodation for postgraduate students is available within the University’s beautiful parkland campus or off-site in privately rented accommodation. 

All on-campus rooms are self-catered with en suite facilities. Internet access and fees are inclusive of utilities bills and contents insurance. Living on campus means you are near classes and facilities in a secure environment. Security and Residence Officers are available 24/7 to support you and deal with any emergencies.

Our history 
Through the oldest of four Colleges, Whitelands, the University of Roehampton has been providing higher education to women longer than any other University in the country.

When you join Roehampton you will be part of over 175 years of history and tradition. Roehampton is comprised of four historic Colleges: Digby Stuart, Froebel, Southlands and Whitelands, which were all formed in the 19th century.
