“I chose to do my degree at UCLan because of the MBA course option with professional placement because it allows me the rare opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical setting while still studying.

My placement was with a health care Agency called Ayur Group Limited, where I had an overview of all aspects of the business such as HR, Operations and Accounting. It was an excellent placement in terms of breadth and learning how things work in a UK business.”
Anju Treesa Mathew - MBA with Professional Placement

“The most enjoyable part of my course is that you are able to tailor the final year according to your interests by choosing the modules you are interested in. I changed one of his modules to ‘Student Initiated module ’ I enjoyed this, as it enabled me to come up with my own ideas on what to select to study. I also selected ‘Android application development’ for this module and really enjoyed it, as it gave me the ability to learn something different.”
Manoj Madhavrao Chalode – MSc Computing with Professional Placement
