Funding and scholarships
The University’s postgraduate funding database contains listings of all the scholarships, bursaries and grants that are available to support studies at the University of Birmingham.
Some are awarded based on academic merit, while others are aimed at students from specific backgrounds. Scholarships and bursaries are not expected to be repaid, although any ongoing payments may depend on continued academic performance.
The Birmingham Masters Scholarship offers up to £3,000 to outstanding candidates. Students are advised to make sure they complete their application to the best of their ability and ensure they submit it by the deadline.
