Professional Courses
Our professional courses help prepare you for a career in the legal profession or towards completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination. We also house the Centre for Professional Legal Practice, a centre of excellence that prepares students and graduates for the legal profession.

A Thriving Research Community
The Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law is a dynamic and diverse research environment, bringing together scholars from a wide range of specialist subject areas and academic backgrounds. Our research is focused on three principal areas: Commercial and Maritime Law, Governance and Human Rights, and Criminology and Criminal Justice. Our researchers are addressing both contemporary and future challenges facing our economy, society and environment. Our work ranges from global perspectives to issues specific to Wales and the many different connections between these. We work in collaboration with each other and a range of individuals in academic institutions and other government, intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations.
