Summary
This course is designed to enhance your ability to work across clinical teams and take on leadership responsibilities in multi-disciplinary roles, and ultimately enhance the care provided for patients.
You will have the chance to utilise evidence and research to shape your practice and current and future healthcare delivery through innovation and change.
Why you should study this course This course is aimed at experienced healthcare practitioners registered with a relevant professional body (NMC/HCPC/GPharmC) who wish to be prepared to fulfil specific Advanced Clinical Practitioner roles, upon successfully completing the course.

Entry requirements | The course is open to applicants who hold state registered qualification as a nurse, paramedic or allied health professional. Students will normally have studied to BSc or equivalent, and must have a minimum of 5 years' experience of which 2 years' full-time - or equivalent - experience is in the speciality they wish to have as the scope and focus for their study. Students will normally have studied a 'health assessment module' or are required to pass a health assessment exam organised by the course leaders. Students must have the written support of their line manager and access to a suitably qualified senior clinical mentor for the duration of their studies. |
