Summary
This course prepares practitioners to work in defined areas of community public health practice, for registration as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitor.

The course is offered in partnership with 0-19 years Public Health service providers, with theory learning at BU and practice learning supported by a practice supervisor and practice assessors

| Entry requirements | A Bachelors Honours degree with 2:2 in any subject. Part One or Part Two registration on the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) register; Secondment from your employing DHUFT. If English is not your first language you'll need IELTS (Academic) 7.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component of writing, speaking, listening and reading. |
