A legal insight into corporate finance is essential when advising those seeking or providing finance. This course combines the study of financial legal frameworks alongside the practical elements of corporate finance. This joint expertise will allow you to confidently advise on financial transactions across the globe.

You'll develop core legal skills, put into the context of financial transactions. You'll also develop an awareness of the drivers and risks inherent to corporate financial transactions. In the process, you'll understand how lawyers use contracts to manage risks and formalise financial relationships between parties.
