Our Sports Coaching and Performance MSc puts you at the forefront of sport coaching practice. Apply your skills to real world contexts, giving you practical experience.
You’ll build a strong understanding of key sports coaching theories and practices. You’ll also gain essential skills for success as a coach or leader in performance and athlete development.
You can choose to focus on areas that suit your career goals. You can focus on maximising elite athletes potential in competition. Alternatively, you can focus on supporting performers at any stage of their development.
Our degree emphasises critical thinking, reflection, and analysis through both theory and hands-on practice. This allows you to develop as a coach and leader.
