Summary
Deepen your understanding of human resource management and network alongside professionals with a rich mix of experiences. Directly aligned to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s (CIPD) knowledge requirements, the MSc in Human Resource Management offers you the opportunity to build your network. You’ll be studying as part of a community of students with a rich mix of professional experiences which will enhance your awareness.
The programme is designed to develop your strategic thinking skills as you deepen your understanding of how human resource management creates competitive advantage for organisations.
Study for a Master’s By studying full-time, including day and evening attendance subject to timetabling, you will gain the knowledge requirements for Full Membership of the CIPD. The course places a strong emphasis on active learning and business application to complement theory.
You’ll have the opportunity to attend an employment tribunal or other HR-related events; you will also be required to attend on-campus CIPD events to enhance your knowledge and expand your professional network.
