PROGRAMME STRUCTURE You will take six core courses and one optional course, and complete a substantial independent piece of work/project. There are also non-assessed, compulsory workshop programmes, involving participation in a series of reflective learning exercises that include induction events, strategic case analyses and debates.

CAREER PROSPECTS A Masters in Management with Human Resource creates opportunities to work in general and human resource management, whilst also providing an opportunity to pursue careers in other areas related to business practice. As a graduate you will be able to show initiative, demonstrate leadership potential, and adapt to changing circumstances. Some of our recent graduates have gone onto roles such as online operations manager, HR manager and a defect management consultant.
