The MSc Global Energy Transition Enterprise Management (formerly MSc Oil and Gas Enterprise Management) provides the essential commercial, legal and scientific skills needed to progress to senior management level positions in the international energy industry. This programme is taught by experts across multiple disciplines, including those from the School of Geosciences, Business School, and School of Law. Along with addressing the fundamentals, our teaching incorporates the latest industry trends and techniques to ensure that what you learn is relevant to the evolving needs of the energy industry.
The University’s location in Aberdeen, a city at the heart of the UK’s energy transition, means students benefit from access to industry including field trips and site visits (including a residential field course), lectures by industry experts, industry-supported projects, and networking and careers events.
Throughout your studies you will develop the skills needed to address complex challenges within the energy industry such as land remediation and geoscience fundamentals, energy economics, management, and commercial law, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to one of the most urgent global transformations of our time.
