Summary
Almost every facet of the employment relationship, from its formation to its termination, is now regulated to some extent by statute, much of the content of which derives from EU law. The programme will develop participants’ understanding both of the historical development of employment law and its current themes and perspectives and will provide participants with a detailed knowledge of all aspects of employment law.
The Diploma is taught by means of lectures – most of which will be in person - over the course of the Spring Trimester. Lectures are held once a week (in January-April).
