Summary
The purpose of the module is to develop and advance the healthcare professionals breastfeeding and lactation knowledge and skills. It provides a preparation programme for participants with the required clinical lactation experience wishing to sit the International Board Certified Lactation Consultant examination (IBCLC) This programme will commence in January 2024 for one trimester. Applications will open in October 2023. Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) approved.
