If you’re excited about solving real world problems and designing services that genuinely improve people’s lives, join us for our upcoming session where we’ll explore what service design, innovation, and strategy really mean, and why they’re some of the most relevant and impactful areas to study today.

In this webinar hosted by Dr Ida Telalbasic from Loughborough University London, you’ll discover how these fields help you understand complex systems, co-create with communities, and design meaningful change. We’ll also highlight the wide range of careers this path can lead to, including Service Designer, UX/UI Designer, Innovation Consultant, Design Strategist, Customer Experience Lead, and roles in digital transformation, sustainability and/or regenerative innovation.

Along the way, you’ll learn about the skills employers look for: creative problem solving, user centred research, systems thinking, horizontal collaboration, fast prototyping, communication, and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence. Join us to see how studying service design can open doors to purposeful, future focused careers that make a real impact.
