University of Aberdeen has 14 energy-related PG scholarships
The University of Aberdeen is delighted to be offering fourteen scholarships to postgraduate students studying courses within the energy sector.
These new scholarships have been created with industry links and will support students in their studies, helping them move into careers in the energy sector as well as within academia.
The University of Aberdeen’s Interdisciplinary Director for Energy Transition, Professor John Underhill, says, “Scholarships can be an important lifeline providing crucial financial support to enable students to undertake courses, concentrate on their studies and enhance their study environment. They are also hugely beneficial to the donating company, offering a unique opportunity to invest in an individual to realise their full potential.”
He continues, “These scholarships face a wide range of our programmes, underlining their relevance to industry, and are a wonderful example of how we are working with industry to attract and develop the talented students who will lead the energy sector as it decarbonises and transitions in the decades to come.”
