UCL launches MSc People Analytics and Human-Centric Management

UCLUCL is offering an MSc in People Analytics and Human-Centric Management, with the first cohort being welcomed in September 2025.

This 12-month, full-time postgraduate degree has been developed with input from industry leaders and is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills in people analytics and leadership roles. It is the ideal postgraduate program for those interested in a future career in management and human resources. This course is delivered at UCL’s Canary Wharf campus.

Nowadays, there are increasing numbers of jobs in the fields of people management, HR and employee experience, particularly in roles that also encompass data analytics and critical thinking. This new course combines HR and management knowledge with cutting-edge research and practice in people analytics, strategic management, work design and employee wellbeing.

The MSc in People Analytics and Human-Centric Management is led by globally renowned faculty members from the Organisation and Innovation Group, and it is delivered through a combination of lectures, case studies, class discussions and group projects. Assessment is through written examinations, individual and group coursework, and a 12,000-word dissertation project.

The application deadlines are as follows – for applicants who require a visa, the deadline is Friday 27th June 2025 at 5pm UK time; for applicants who do not require a visa, the application deadline is Friday 29th August 2025 at 5pm UK time.

The tuition fees for the MSc People Analytics and Human-Centric Management are £33,000 per annum for UK and Overseas students – scholarships are available.
