- College of Arts and Law Masters Scholarship – covers taught and research masters for all subject areas.
- Edna Pearson – available for MA programmes in the Department of History.
- Woltmann Masters Scholarship – available for MA programmes in the Department of Modern Languages.
- Music Masters Scholarships – available for MA Music programmes.
- Diane Meyer Lowman Scholarship – available for MA Shakespeare (on-campus only).
- The Islam Scholarship – available for MA Islamic Studies.
- The Amphlett Scholarship – available for MA programmes in the Department of Theology and Religion.
- The William Paton Scholarship – available for MA programmes in the Department of Theology and Religion.
- The William Paton Stipend – available for MA Philosophy of Religion and Ethics: Global Philosophy of Religion Pathway.

PhD research scholarships include:
- Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) Landscape Awards – available for PhDs in all subject areas. Specifically for Home students from minoritised ethnic backgrounds:
- College of Arts and Law Doctoral Scholarships – available for PhDs in all subject areas.
- Wolfson Postgraduate Scholarships in the Humanities – available for PhDs in History, Literature or Languages.
- Stanley Ray Scholarship – available for PhDs in all subject areas except Law, with priority given to English Literature, French, Music or Shakespeare Studies.
- Music Doctoral Scholarships – available for PhD programmes in Music.
- Sir Henry Thomas Scholarship for Postgraduate Study in Hispanic Studies - for PhD research in the fields of Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan or Latin American Studies.
