Liverpool’s MSc in Project Management earns APM Accreditation
The University of Liverpool Management School’s MSc in Project Management has been awarded Academic Accreditation by the Association for Project Management (APM).
This prestigious accreditation, coming just a few months after the same recognition was given to Liverpool’s online offering in October 2023, confirms that the MSc in Project Management meets the high standards of the profession's chartered organisation and highlights the University of Liverpool’s commitment to learners' experiences and continuous improvement.
Outgoing Director of Studies, Dr Laura Menzies, and newly appointed Director of Studies, Dr Jennifer Davies, said of this achievement, “We are thrilled that our on-campus MSc Project Management programme now joins our online program in receiving this prestigious accreditation from APM. It is a significant achievement for our dedicated teaching team from the Operations and Supply Chain Management group who are committed to delivering a holistic program, infused with the latest insights from research and industry. We are particularly pleased that APM commended our introduction of the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Project Management during the course, underscoring our team's dedication to preparing students for success in the competitive job market."
The Association for Project Management is the only chartered membership organisation for the project profession in the world. APM's Academic Accreditation identifies courses and modules that meet its rigorous criteria for content, quality and standards.
