How and why organisations operate the way they do How do different national and cultural contexts impact the way firms operate? What kind of operations might they commit to in a particular location – and how do businesses need to think about how they work with governments, source funding or deal with issues like corruption depending on where they’re based?
Exploring how these myriad factors influence firms, you’ll learn to apply this contextual understanding to help companies develop commercially viable strategies tailored to the risks and opportunities in each market.
