Summary

Receive training in the physical understanding required for healthcare and medical research on this Master's course.

You'll explore aspects of human physiology, and the use of radiation in treatment and in clinical imaging.

You'll also become familiar with the signal and image processing methods needed for the design and optimal use of various systems used in diagnosis and research.

An individual research project will provide you with the opportunity to develop and apply your skills to current research problems in the field.

Teaching is shared across our South Kensington and White City campuses. This includes the Sir Michael Uren Biomedical Engineering Hub, our new centre of MedTech innovation.
