Summary
This course focuses on legal problems encountered in international commercial business transactions. Topics include formation of contracts, forum selection, commercial terms, letters of credit, international organizations, free trade areas and intellectual property. The class examines issues involved in typical international sales of goods transactions. Additionally, the course covers the role of international organizations and legal instruments involved in international business and economic affairs.
