Geography is split into two main branches – physical geography and human geography.

Physical geography focusses on the natural world, including weather systems, mountains, rivers, coastlines and ecosystems.

Geography is divided into human geography and physical geography, with the former often taught as an MA (Master of Arts) and the latter usually taught as an MSc (Master of Science. There will also be an option to study geography as a research masters and gain an MRes (Master of Research).
