£2,000 Alumni Scholarships
As part of our scholarship commitment to postgraduate students, we are pleased to offer £2,000 Alumni Scholarships to our returning undergraduate alumni.
With the familiarity of the University of Birmingham, you will have access to our resources, facilities and support networks to shape and secure your future. We will continue to provide you with support for your wellbeing and career, as well as a postgraduate community to help you grow.

£3,000 Birmingham Masters Scholarships
Our Birmingham Masters Scholarship offers £3,000 via a tuition fee discount, to support the brightest and best applicants commencing their Masters study at Birmingham in 2026.
Whilst maintaining our civic history, we also want you to excel at Birmingham and to stand out in an increasingly-competitive global job market once you graduate. Alongside our robust personal and academic support, we are offering the financial support to alleviate traditional barriers to postgraduate study. Open to Home students only.

£4,000 Postgraduate Access Scholarships
We are proud to offer scholarships worth £4,000 each to enhance the accessibility of postgraduate study for students from widening participation backgrounds.
The financial support will be complimented by a range of developmental opportunities and support to ensure you are supported throughout all stages of your studies with us at Birmingham.
This scheme will alleviate some of the financial barriers restricting students from under-represented backgrounds in pursuing postgraduate study. Open to Home students only.

£5,000 Postgraduate High Fliers Scholarships
The Postgraduate High Fliers Scholarship is offering £5,000 tuition fee discount to international students who choose to study their Masters degree with us at the University of Birmingham in September 2026. Open to international students only.
