Summary
The LLM will enable students to develop knowledge, skills and commercial awareness, aimed at corporate commercial legal practice. Students will work in a student law firm, and individually, on a range of simulated transactions and matters, advising clients, and progressing matters to their conclusion through the application of a range of oral and written legal skills.
