Summary
This is practical programme drawing from applied frameworks in counselling and psychotherapy. It is aimed at assisting students to develop careers in the area. A mandatory part of the programme is to complete a 100 hour client placement. The taught component is drawn from an integrative framework and is designed specifically to equip students with relevant practice theory and applications in relation to clinical work with clients. This course may also partially assist students in progressing their membership status with the recognised professional bodies.
