University of Portsmouth The Faculty of Science at the University of Portsmouth is holding an event to showcase its MSc Biomedicine Event on Wednesday 4th February 2015.

The MSc Biomedicine course at the University of Portsmouth is designed to hone your skills as scientists working at the forefront of Biomedical Research. Core units provide an understanding of recent advances in clinical pathology at organ, system, cellular and molecular levels. Rigorous critical analysis of scientific data and practical experience of state of the art techniques are integrated into our curriculum, whilst optional units such as Drug development, Clinical Trials & Oncology provide insights into complex aspects applied biomedicine. The course includes an extensive research project led by internationally renowned scientists in the field of Molecular biology, Neuroscience, Brain tumour, Muscular dystrophy and Cystic fibrosis arenas, where publication of your research within peer reviewed journals is encouraged.
