University of BirminghamThe University of Birmingham is holding a Virtual Open Day to showcase the postgraduate opportunities in Theology and Religion on Thursday 23rd February 2017 at 2pm.

This Postgraduate Virtual Open Day is designed to inform prospective postgraduate students about the postgraduate opportunities available at the Department of Theology and Religion at the University of Birmingham. The postgraduate courses on offer include:

Pentecostal and Charismatic Studies MA/Diploma/Certificate by distance learning
Philosophy of Religion and Ethics MA/Diploma
Religion, Politics and Society MA/Diploma/Certificate
Theology and Religion MA
Islamic Studies MRes
Sikh Studies MRes
Theology and Religion MRes
Practical Theology Doctorate (DPT)
Theology and Religion PhD/MA by Research/Phd by Distance Learning

The Department of Theology and Religion at the University of Birmingham has an outstanding international reputation in the study of all types of religion, including inter-cultural theology, textual studies, pentecostal and charismatic studies, inter-religious relations, Islamic studies and Quaker studies.

Dr Wolfgang Vondey (Reader in Contemporary Christianity and Pentecostal Studies), Jon Cheek and Roxanne McLean (members of the Postgraduate Recruitment Team at the College of Arts and Law) will be available from 2-3pm to answer any questions at the live Q&A.
