University of Edinburgh Business School reaccredited by EQUIS
The University of Edinburgh Business School has been re-awarded a global quality mark – EQUIS.
This accreditation demonstrates that the business school prioritises internationalisation, academic quality and professional relevance, and also that the needs of the corporate world are well integrated into its courses. And by being reaccredited by EQUIS, the students will receive international recognition for the qualifications that they gain at The University of Edinburgh Business School.
Professor Wendy Loretto, Dean of the Business School, comments, "We are delighted to receive EQUIS reaccreditation for a further five years in recognition of advancement of world-leading, distinctive research and commitment to Ethics, Responsibility, and Sustainability.” She continues, “This achievement is testimony to the hard work and commitment of all our staff, which has been constant, even during the difficulties of the past year. We take continuous improvement very seriously, and will incorporate the recommendations made into the next stages of our development."
The EQUIS accreditation means that The University of Edinburgh Business School continues to enjoy a triple accreditation, with endorsements from Association of MBAs (AMBA) and The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
