TOEFL test demonstrates the English-language proficiency necessary for UK visas for international students
The TOEFL test has been accredited by the UK Border Agency to demonstrate the English-language proficiency necessary for visas. This means that now international students wishing to study in the United Kingdom can use their TOEFL score to demonstrate English proficiency for all visas under the UK's points-based system.
TOEFL is the most widely recognised English-language test, with more than 8,000 colleges, universities and agencies in more than 130 countries. There are over 160 universities in the UK that accept TOEFL scores for admissions. Click here to view the ETS TOEFL Destination Directory.
If you are ready to take the TOEFL test for entry into the United Kingdom, watch “Welcome to the TOEFL iBT Testing Center” for an in-depth look at what happens the day of the test.
