University of Exeter ranks well for student satisfaction

Exeter universityThe University of Exeter is one of the best Russell Group universities when it comes to student satisfaction according to the latest National Student Survey (NSS).

The NSS 2019 ranked the University of Exeter third out of the 24 Russell Group universities in the Overall Student Satisfaction category, giving it a score of 87% in this category.

Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) of the University of Exeter, Professor Tim Quine, says, "We are pleased to see these results confirm our established status as a leading Russell Group university for excellent teaching quality and student satisfaction. 72% of our eligible students respond to the survey – we would like to thank them all for their invaluable feedback. This result is testament to the commitment and hard work of our staff, and their outstanding approach to teaching and learning – we are extremely grateful to them. As a University we work together to provide an education and student experience of the highest quality, supporting our students from around the globe to realise their potential.”

The University of Exeter also scored well in other categories of the NSS survey, including Teaching (86%) and Learning Resources (87%).
