Swansea announces plans for multi-million pound Student Precinct
Swansea University has recently unveiled plans for a new Student Precinct to be installed at its Singleton Park Campus. The Precinct will provide a £30 million Student Activity Centre, with enhanced study, community and activity spaces, as well as providing improved catering and retail facilities.
The Precinct will also act as a walkway between the east and west sides of the Singleton Park Campus, enhancing and modernising the campus experience for Swansea’s students.
This project is part of an on-going 10 year re-development programme at the University. Swansea’s Bay Campus continues to expand, with the addition of the Computational Foundry and further construction of high quality, affordable student accommodation.
