This Masters will produce graduates who not only understand the physical and societal impacts of climate change and ideas around sustainability, but also have a technical understanding of what is required to solve the problems of the future from an engineering perspective.
The programme is taught across LJMU’s Faculty of Science and Faculty of Engineering and Technology. This means the programme draws upon expertise across multiple disciplines and provides you with scientific and technical knowledge and skills suitable for a diverse range of employers involved in the interdisciplinary world of climate change and sustainability. This approach is key to moving forward with the challenges of climate change as they are not one-dimensional issues and need knowledge from a range of disciplines and a synthesis of approaches to reach solutions.
