|Institution||Interactive Design Institute|
On the MA Illustration (Visual Communication) course, you will develop a proposal for a programme of sustained creative practice within the field of illustration that will reflect your own individual area of interest. Whether your work concerns itself with a theoretical, philosophical or commercial context, you will be encouraged to develop your own visual voice through extensive experimentation and to demonstrate rigorous intellectual engagement with appropriate illustrative processes. Your work on the MA Illustration (Visual Communication) course will culminate in a Major Study which will challenge you to develop an individual proposal relating to issues and debates from the history of the subject, through change within contemporary illustration practice, or to social, cultural, aesthetic, technological, ethical or global themes.
