Summary
Students on this course study the institutions of international economic law that shape world trade, especially the World Trade Organisation (WTO), International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank and the role and regulation of multinational corporations in world trade. The course then focuses on international sale and carriage contracts, international payments and commercial dispute resolution.
