The MSc Mental Health, Wellbeing and Resilience is a specialised (QAA, 2015) two year, part-time Master’s course designed to support and challenge professionals from a range of formal and informal professional settings and contexts, such as Education, Human Resources, Mental Health, Nursing, Social Work, Policing
and Armed, and Emergency Services and the voluntary sector. It engages learners with a range of issues within the broad academic disciplines of mental wellbeing and resilience relevant to their employment role, and to consider the impact of their professional practice in a wider social context. It aims to produce high-calibre postgraduates who are autonomous, reflexive, possessing of inquiring and analytical minds as part of their continued professional formation.
