A 2.2 Honours degree in electronic engineering, physics or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent; degrees in other disciplines are considered; all applicants whose 1st language is not English require TOEFL 560 (with TWE 4), IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum of 6.5 in writing and of 5.5 in all other skills), or Cambridge Proficiency Higher.
