Ankit Mital has come to Britain to study an MSc in Finance and Business at Warwick Business School, and to help him on his way he has been awarded the European Business Masters Study Bursary from Postgrad Solutions Ltd. He says, ‘I’m feeling really glad about winning the bursary. I feel so much better now I am able to contribute to the money my parents are putting up for my education.’
He chose to come to Britain to continue his studies because of the internationally renowned quality of the institutions – he is also keen to broaden his horizons and excited by the opportunity to learn in a multicultural environment.

Studying an MSc in Finance and Business should lead to some great career opportunities – and Ankit is very impressed by the career services department that Warwick has. ‘One of the first things we did was have a day long career seminar regarding the recruitment process. This was helpful, but to be honest it was pretty scary at the same time!’
He chose his course because the modules involved are exactly what he wanted to study. The course’s curriculum is very much application based and even though he has only just started, Ankit is particularly enjoying the finance modules.
So how has Ankit enjoyed his first week at Warwick? ‘The first week was overwhelming in that we started with our studies from the word go.’ Well that is what postgraduate education is all about!
