Summary

This part-time course has been designed for those who wish to pursue their career and research interests in leadership and management. The course is designed with the professional leader in mind and assessments generally focus on strategic workplace issues. Students may also choose to graduate after successfully completing two semesters of study (PgCert) or four semesters of study (PgDip) however the MA, studied over a total of six semesters, forms the apex of our suite of leadership and management programmes.

All modules on the course are mandatory, and cover topics such as the theory behind leadership and management, how to lead and manage strategically, and the personal skills required to become an effective and dynamic leader.
