The School of Law and the School of Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Leeds are pleased to announce a series of ESRC studentships for October 2012.
The School of Sociology and Social Policy has been awarded three funded ESRC studentships in Social Research and Gender Studies training pathways within the White Rose Doctoral Training Centre.
These studentships are available on a 1+3 or a +3 basis in the following areas:
Social Research
Gender Studies
Social Policy

The School of Law is inviting applications from prospective PhD students for a full-time or part-time ESRC funded 1+ 3 or +3 quota studentship in socio-legal studies and/or criminology beginning in October 2012.
The School of Law is also offering ESRC White Rose Doctoral Training Centre Network Studentships. These funded studentships are part of the White Rose Doctoral Training Centre and are offered on the following projects:
Beyond the Riots' Studentships for 2012
Policing Social Disorder and Urban Unrest' Studentship for 2012
